✅ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or tampered packaging at delivery

❌ Returns NOT accepted for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Dislike of taste or spice level
  • Orders canceled after shipping

📦 Return Process:

  1. Email us at [support@khanmasala.com] or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order ID and clear images of the product.
  3. We will review the request and initiate pickup if approved.

💰 Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after product pickup/approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.
