✅ Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or tampered packaging at delivery
❌ Returns NOT accepted for:
- Opened or used products
- Dislike of taste or spice level
- Orders canceled after shipping
📦 Return Process:
- Email us at [support@khanmasala.com] or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order ID and clear images of the product.
- We will review the request and initiate pickup if approved.
💰 Refund Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after product pickup/approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay.
